Explosive Strength Exercises

A series of explosive strength exercises i introduce during late stage functional rehab for lower limb injuries and for general sport enhancement. The exercises are performed following a prep consisting of both flexibility and stabilisation exercises to neutralise the pelvis and create pre tension through the kinetic chain.
